This listing is for a raw uncut 3D printed PLA+ toony dragon mask that can be used to create your moving jaw dragon head. This mask is really lightweight (under 300g) and printed with solid walls, no in fill. The head comes with a hinge kit and a chin brace as standard (all bolts included). Eyes are available for version 1, eyes for version 2 will be ready in a few days.
You will need to sand and line this head yourself though we do offer a cut and hinge option.

To make the moving jaw work you need to add the chin brace along with head padding and straps. When holding the base up to your face the chin rest and head padding should create a tight fit so your head doesn’t slide. You can use elastic or Velcro straps in a T shape to hold the base securely on your head.
Also remember to line the lower jaw edge with felt so it doesn’t rub.
You can use elastic cording for moving jaws, or add a spring. This is intentionally tied loosely so you can remove it or tighten it if needed. I recommend adding another knot or gluing the knot once you have it adjusted to the tightness you need.
